MTS Regains Compliance with NASDAQ Minimum Bid Price Listing Requirement

(MTS) (Nasdaq Capital Market: MTSL), a global provider of software solutions for online video advertising and telecommunications expense management and billing solutions, today announced that it received written notice from the NASDAQ Stock Market Inc. indicating that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under the Nasdaq Listing Rules. Therefore, the scheduled hearing before the Hearings Panel has been cancelled and the Company’s stock will continue to be listed and traded on The NASDAQ Capital Market.
